Delete your account in Wrooms

Sign in to Wrooms, open Account settings, choose the account-deletion control, and complete the confirmation shown there. Wrooms will remove or de-identify account data covered by the deletion process and revoke sessions, subject to lawful retention and shared-content limitations.

OAuth providers

You can also remove Wrooms from an OAuth provider’s connected-app settings. A provider deauthorization request can disconnect that provider from Wrooms without necessarily deleting a multi-provider Wrooms account. Provider data-deletion callbacks, where supported, are processed through Wrooms authentication infrastructure.

What may remain

Wrooms may retain records reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, payments, tax, accounting, disputes, legal claims, regulatory obligations, or lawful process. Content shared with other users can remain where another user has an independent right or product need to retain it. Public blockchain and L7 Chain records generally cannot be erased from the public ledger after they are sealed.

Privacy requests

If you cannot access your account or want to make another privacy request, contact hello@wrooms.ai. Wrooms may need to verify your identity before acting on a request and may deny or limit a request where an applicable exception permits it.
