Crypto on Wrooms and L7 Chain

Version 2026.09.03-1 · Effective September 3, 2026. This disclosure applies to L7C, WRO, user-created tokens, NFTs and pieces, wraps, staking, pools, book activity, external wallets, L7 plates, marketplace transfers, and other digital-asset features made available through Wrooms or L7 Chain.

Legal status is fact-specific

Digital-asset notice. References to L7C, WRO, tokens, NFTs, pieces, wraps, staking, pools, books, marketplaces, stablecoins, rails, or other crypto features describe product behavior, not a legal classification. Whether an asset, offer, sale, transfer, staking arrangement, custody arrangement, or marketplace activity is regulated depends on the facts, jurisdiction, and applicable law. No statement on Wrooms or L7 Chain is a representation that an asset or transaction is outside securities, commodities, money-transmission, sanctions, tax, consumer-protection, or other financial laws. Wrooms may require identity or sanctions screening, limit jurisdictions or counterparties, pause or reject transactions, change settlement methods, or disable a feature where reasonably necessary for law, safety, fraud prevention, or platform integrity. Nothing on the Service is investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.

Wallets, custody, and keys

Wallet and key architecture. Wrooms does not ask you to paste an external wallet seed phrase into a room or public page. Connected third-party wallets remain subject to their wallet provider and network. Browser-imported Ethereum and Solana keys are encrypted on that device with the passphrase you choose and are decrypted locally for signing. Wrooms-generated or imported L7 plates use encrypted key material stored by the Wrooms service so authenticated L7 features can operate and, where offered, reveal or export that key after additional verification. Do not treat every Wrooms wallet surface as the same custody model. If you export or reveal a private key, anyone who obtains it may control the associated assets.

A public wallet address is not secret. A private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, password, or signing credential is secret. Never post one in a room, AI prompt, public explorer, support message, or social post.

Principal risks

  • Digital assets can be volatile, illiquid, unavailable, delayed, restricted, or lose all value. An opening price, book price, floor, quote, reward rate, or displayed valuation is not a guarantee of value or liquidity.
  • Blockchain and wallet transactions can be irreversible. A wrong address, compromised key, phishing event, unsupported network, smart-contract defect, bridge or wrap failure, chain reorganization, validator or RPC outage, or third-party wallet failure can cause delay or permanent loss.
  • Stablecoins can depeg, freeze, restrict redemption, change terms, or fail. A wrapped representation adds protocol, bridge, reserve, and counterparty risk in addition to the underlying asset risk.
  • Staking, rewards, pools, swaps, books, and marketplace activity are not bank deposits and are not promised interest. Rewards, fees, eligibility, lockups, liquidity, and availability can change. Unless Wrooms expressly states otherwise for a specific regulated product, digital assets are not FDIC- or SIPC-insured.
  • Public blockchain and L7 Chain records can expose wallet addresses, transaction identifiers, amounts, assets, timing, and relationships between addresses. Public ledger entries may be permanent and cannot necessarily be deleted when you close a Wrooms account.
  • Digital-asset transactions can create tax reporting obligations. You are responsible for your own records, basis, gains, losses, income, reporting, and taxes unless applicable law assigns a specific reporting obligation to Wrooms.
  • Laws and regulatory interpretations can change. Wrooms may restrict, suspend, geofence, delist, unwind unsettled activity, or require additional verification to comply with applicable law or a lawful request.

L7 Chain and public records

L7 Chain is a Wrooms-operated settlement ledger and public book for supported economic events. A seal is evidence that the Wrooms system recorded a state transition; it is not a government filing, bank statement, legal title opinion, price guarantee, or independent audit. Public records can persist after account deletion.

No advice or guaranteed market

Wrooms AI, prices, tokenomics, whitepapers, book displays, staking screens, and other product information are not personalized investment, legal, tax, accounting, or fiduciary advice. Wrooms does not promise an outside exchange listing, continuous liquidity, a particular resale market, a return, yield, price floor, or future value.
